This explains what happens to your details when you use finxai.co.uk or get in touch with FinX Ai Systems. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
FinX Ai Systems is run by Adam Mascall, based in the UK. We decide how your details are used, which makes us the "data controller". You can reach us at [email protected].
We don't have user accounts and we don't take payments on this website.
To read your enquiry, reply to you and, if you'd like one, arrange a free discovery chat. That is the only use. We won't add you to a mailing list or pass your details on for marketing.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, and taking steps at your request before any agreement is made.
These providers may process data outside the UK. They are responsible for protecting it under their own terms and the UK rules on international transfers. Our host also records technical details such as IP addresses to deliver the site and keep it secure.
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. The fonts, images and videos are all served from our own site, so just visiting doesn't send your details to anyone else.
Only as long as we need it to reply and follow up, normally no longer than 12 months unless we start working together. If we do, a separate agreement covers any data we handle on your behalf.
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, have them deleted, restrict how we use them, or object to us using them. Email us and we'll sort it out. If you're not happy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
